    TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a garlic peeler which comprises a container and a bat arranged at one end of the container which forms in the container, the container being formed of a flexible and elastic material.
    Prior Art U.S. Pat. No. 6,968,778 discloses a garlic peeler, in which a shown embodiment consists of an elongated cylinder with an internal space for receiving garlic cloves which are inserted through an open-ended garlic peeler.

    OBJECTS AND FEATURES OF THE INVENTION A primary object of the present invention is to provide a garlic peeler of the type initially defined, the garlic peeler being able to handle garlic cloves of different sizes in a satisfactory manner.
    A further object of the present invention is to provide scaling of garlic cloves without the user's hands coming into direct contact with the garlic cloves.
    Another object of the present invention is that the garlic peeler should be easy to clean.
    At least the primary object of the present invention is realized by means of a garlic peeler which has obtained the features stated in the appended independent claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims. Brief Description of the Drawings Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view obliquely from above of a garlic peeler according to the present invention; Fig. 2 shows a perspective view obliquely from below of the garlic peeler according to Fig. 1; Fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section through the garlic peeler according to Fig. 1; Fig. 4 schematically shows the insertion of a pair of garlic cloves into the interior space of the garlic peeler according to Fig. 1; Fig. 5 shows a preferred approach when it comes to the use of the garlic peeler according to the present invention; and Fig. 6 schematically shows the result of peeling of garlic by means of the garlic peeler according to the present invention.
    Detailed Description of a Preferred Embodiment of the Present Invention The garlic peeler of the present invention shown in Figs. 1-3 comprises a generally conical container 1 which defines an interior space 3 which is also generally conical. In the area of one spirit, the container 1 is provided with a bat 4. The container 1 and the inner space 3 need not be strictly conical, however, the container 1 / the inner space 3 must be tapered in the direction of the spirit provided with the bottom 4. Preferably, the cradle thickness of the container 1 is substantially constant, see Fig. 3. For exemplary and non-limiting purposes, it may be mentioned that according to the embodiment shown in the drawings, a first diameter D1 relates to the area of the interior of the interior space 3 and a second diameter D2 In the area f Or the upper spirit of the interior space 3 to each other according to 1,75xD1D2. As shown in Figs. 1-6, the shown embodiment of the garlic peeler according to the present invention has a collar 5 which connects to the open spirit of the container 1. The collar 5 generally has a conical shape with a greater conicity than the container 1. In the embodiment shown, collar 5 provided with an opening 7 as exv. can be used when hanging the garlic peeler on a hook or the like.
    At least the container 1 of the garlic peeler according to the present invention is made of a flexible, elastic material, e.g. a light plastic. The flexibility of the material causes it to form according to the garlic cloves which are accommodated in the internal space 3 has the container 1. The elasticity of the material causes it to regain its original shape after peeling has been carried out. Preferably, the collar 5 is also made of the same material as the container 1. A suitable material for the garlic peeler according to the present invention is TPE-S (SEBS). Even silicone seems to be a conceivable material.
    Figs. 4-6 schematically illustrate the use of the garlic peeler according to the present invention. Fig. 4 shows how a number of garlic cloves K are supplied to the inner space 3 of the container 1. In that context it should be pointed out that the generally conical shape of the container 1 is an important feature of the present invention. The conical shape allows the garlic peeler of the present invention to efficiently handle garlic cloves of various sizes. In connection with peeling, however, care should be taken that the smallest garlic cloves are added to the internal space 3 first and then the larger garlic cloves are added. The conical shape of the container 1 means that the contact between the cradle of the interior space 3 and the garlic cloves is improved for all sizes of garlic cloves.
    Fig. 5 shows an example of how peeling can take place by means of the garlic peeler according to the present invention. In this case, the user lifts the garlic peel between his two hands and applies a certain pressure to the garlic cloves in the interior space 3 by pressing the hands against each other. The user then causes the garlic peeler to rotate by moving one hand forward while the other hand is forced backward. The fact that the height H has the garlic peeler according to the present invention is related to a hand width means that in the peeling technique illustrated in Fig. 5, in principle all garlic cloves will be peeled, even though the garlic peeler is filled with garlic cloves along the entire height H.     Conceivable modifications of the invention The method of peeling by means of the garlic peeler according to the present invention is only exemplary. Instead of rotating the garlic peeler according to the present invention, it is conceivable that the user kneads the flexible container 1, whereby a friction is also established between the cradle of the interior space 3 and the shells have the garlic cloves.
